Calling all Yogis! This Saturday at 9:00am & Sunday at 10:30am, Donna Melanson of Azul Yoga will be teaching yoga classes here at Cendyn Spaces open to everyone! Check out the schedule below:

SATURDAY | 9:00AM: GENTLE VINYASA- A gentle & meditative flow creating more strength & flexibility, while dropping you into a deeper meditative state.

SUNDAY | 10:30AM: YIN YOGA- A passive practice of various seated & supine poses, held between 3-5 minutes to release connective tissues & fascia. The class is quiet & meditative, allowing you to release & let go.
